1. Who we are

11nines ("we", "us") is an online education initiative of Vishwantara Innovation Pvt Ltd (CIN U62011TS2024PTC185361), Hyderabad, Telangana, India, offering live classes, recorded sessions and learning materials about semiconductor manufacturing ("Services"). By registering for or purchasing any Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. What you are buying

Session dates and times are communicated by email and/or WhatsApp after registration. We may reschedule a session for operational reasons; a replacement date or recording will always be provided.

3. Fees and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not collect or store your card, UPI or banking details. Access to paid Services is granted after successful payment confirmation.

4. No employment or outcome guarantee

11nines provides education only. We make no representation, promise or guarantee of any kind regarding employment, internships, placement, interviews, salaries or any other professional outcome. Any decisions you make based on the Services are your own.

6. Intellectual property and anti-piracy

All content — live sessions, recordings, slides, documents, diagrams, simulators and website material — is the intellectual property of 11nines and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the content for your own learning. Recording, downloading, copying, reselling, publicly posting or otherwise redistributing any paid content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

7. Access period

Recordings and materials for a cohort remain available to enrolled participants for twelve (12) months from the cohort start date, after which access may be withdrawn. We will give reasonable notice before any earlier discontinuation and provide a fair remedy if one ever becomes necessary.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Third-party services

We use third-party platforms to deliver the Services — including Razorpay (payments), Zoom (live sessions), YouTube (recordings) and WhatsApp (communication). Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions caused by third-party platforms, connectivity or events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Hyderabad, Telangana having exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: hello@11nines.tech.
